At Discpln, every piece is built with intention. Some products are made to order, some are ready to ship, and some release in limited quantities. Because of that, shipping timelines may vary depending on what you order.
We appreciate your patience and support while we build each order to our standard.
Order Fulfillment
We currently ship through a mix of:
- Print-on-demand production
- In-stock inventory
- Limited drop releases
Because each product may be fulfilled differently, please review the estimated timelines below.
Processing & Shipping Times
In-Stock Items
Products we currently have on hand typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery after shipment:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow additional processing time during:
- New drops
- Restocks
- Sales & holiday periods
- High order volume
We’d rather take an extra day and get it right than rush out something below standard.
Print-on-Demand Items
Made-to-order products are produced specifically for your order.
Please allow:
- 1-3 business days for production
- Plus shipping transit time after production is complete
Tracking information will be sent once your item ships.
Limited Drops / Preorder Releases
Limited release items may require additional handling time depending on demand and release timing.
Shipping windows for drop items will be listed on the product page when available.
If no timeline is listed, please allow 5–10 business days before shipment.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains a combination of:
- in-stock items
- print-on-demand items
- limited release items
your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times.
This helps us ship items as efficiently as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Discipline starts with the details.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you need to make a correction, contact us immediately at [your email]. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- carrier delays
- lost packages
- stolen packages marked as delivered
If an issue comes up, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Limited Release Availability
Limited drop products are available while supplies last.
Once a drop sells out, restocks are not guaranteed unless announced.
